Photocalia

PDF to calendar converter

Upload PDFs that contain schedules, agendas, exam timetables, or event programs and turn them into editable calendar events.

Useful for multi-page schedules

PDFs often contain conference agendas, school calendars, exam sessions, and activity programs. Photocalia extracts the events so you can review them in one workflow.

Export to universal ICS

After review, export events in the ICS format supported by Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, and most calendar apps.

Keep source documents simple

For best results, upload clear PDFs with visible dates, times, section headings, and locations. Split very large documents when a single page contains one schedule.

Extract several events without retyping

A PDF may contain one appointment or dozens of sessions. Photocalia identifies separate event blocks and prepares editable titles, dates, times, locations, and descriptions for review.

Import a PDF schedule into Google Calendar

Google Calendar imports ICS files, not PDF schedules. After reviewing the extracted events, download the ICS file. On a computer, open Google Calendar → Settings → Import & export, select the file and destination calendar, then import. Importing a file does not keep it synced with later changes to the PDF; check for existing events before importing again.

Frequently asked questions

Can I convert a PDF schedule into calendar events?

Yes. Upload a readable PDF containing dates and times, review the events detected by Photocalia, then export them as an ICS calendar file.

Can one PDF create multiple events?

Yes. Conference programs, exam timetables, class schedules, and activity calendars can contain several events that Photocalia separates for review.

Does the PDF need selectable text?

No. Photocalia can process scanned or image-based PDFs, although clear pages with readable dates, times, and headings produce more reliable results.

Which calendar apps accept the exported file?

The ICS format works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo Calendar, and most modern calendar applications.
