A school timetable at the start of term, a few appointments to add, or documents to convert every week: your needs can change. The new Photocalia pricing lets you start for free, pay for an occasional extra conversion, or subscribe for regular use.
Three ways to use Photocalia
- Free: 3 conversions per calendar month, per account and browser.
- Pay as you go: €0.99 for one additional conversion credit, paid once, without a subscription.
- Plus: 15 conversions per calendar month in total, for €2.99/month or €29.99/year, billed upfront for the year.
Annual billing keeps the same allowance of 15 conversions each month. It saves about 16% compared with twelve monthly payments; it does not provide a pool of 180 conversions to spend immediately.

What counts as one conversion?
One conversion means one source image or PDF, regardless of how many events it contains. A PDF with several pages therefore counts as one conversion. If you upload several files, each file counts separately.
For example, a PDF listing ten appointments uses one conversion. Three separate photos use three conversions. You can then review the proposed events before exporting them to your calendar.
An occasional extra document? Buy one €0.99 credit
Used your three free conversions and still have one document to process? You can buy an additional credit for €0.99 without committing to a subscription.
Purchased credits are used after your available monthly allowance. They do not disappear at the end of the month: an unused credit remains available for a later document. If processing fails, the credit reserved for that conversion is restored.
Documents to process every month? Choose Plus
Plus is for people who regularly convert schedules, invitations or documents containing appointments. The subscription includes 15 monthly conversions in total, not 15 on top of the three free conversions.
The allowance resets at the start of each calendar month, at midnight UTC. Unused monthly conversions do not roll over to the following month. The same rule applies to the free offer; purchased one-time credits stay separate.
Choose based on what you actually need. An occasional fourth conversion costs €0.99. If you need seven conversions in a month, four additional credits cost €3.96; monthly Plus at €2.99 then offers more conversions for less. Plus is an automatically renewing subscription that can be cancelled at the end of the current period under the arrangements described in our terms.
What happens when you reach your quota?
Photocalia checks your quota before processing a file. When you have no conversions available, processing does not start for that file. You can wait for the monthly allowance to reset, buy a €0.99 credit or choose Plus.
Once payment is confirmed, you can resume conversion. If you started checkout from the converter, pending files may be kept temporarily in your browser to help you continue. Depending on your browser or the time elapsed, you may need to select them again.
Already a subscriber?
Existing Pro and Business subscriptions keep their terms: the new offer does not automatically migrate or reprice them. To change your plan, contact the support listed on the pricing page.
